This seminar will examine comparative approaches to evidence law following key interventions by European courts. Particular attention will be paid to criminal proceedings and the challenges posed by new forms of evidence. The event will provide a platform for interdisciplinary discussion on harmonisation and diversity in national evidentiary frameworks.
