Visiting Researcher at the Complutense University of Madrid – Department of Procedural Law. Visiting Lecture at the University of Girona.
Author of numerous articles published in journals and contributions published in collective volumes, including international ones. Editor of two volumes.
Co-director of the International Network of Young Jurists in Evidence Law ‘PROBATICIUS’.
Judicial cooperation and, in particular, the transnational acquisition of evidence is his main line of research. He is currently focusing on the use of new technologies for both investigative and trial purposes.
